Volunteer / Member Terms & Code of Conduct

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to individuals and organizations who:

• Apply as members
• Volunteer in activities
• Collaborate with the Association

2. Membership and Collaboration

Note: Submission does NOT guarantee acceptance.

5. Responsibilities

Members and volunteers agree to provide accurate information, follow guidelines during activities, and maintain respectful conduct at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

Any content created during activities may be used by the Association. Members must not misuse official materials or branding.

7. No Employment Relationship

Participation is strictly voluntary and does NOT create an employment relationship or legal partnership.

8. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to remove or suspend members, or reject applications, for violations of these terms.

9. Liability

Participants are responsible for their own actions. The Association is not liable for personal injury (unless required by law) or any loss or damage incurred during participation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.
