Labandhar Annapurna Welfare Association is a legally registered society under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961, with Registration No. S0023731 of 2021–2022, registered on 3rd January 2022 in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.

a. Donation Request Facility
Users may express interest in donating by filling out a request form. Important: Submission of the form does NOT constitute a completed donation. The Association will contact the user separately to facilitate the process.
b. Collaboration and Membership Forms
We provide forms for individuals (membership/volunteering) and organizations (partnerships). Submission does not guarantee acceptance and is subject to review by the Association.
3. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old or supervised.
- You have legal authority to provide info.
- You comply with applicable Indian laws.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and use the site for lawful, ethical purposes aligned with environmental conservation.
5. Donations and Financial Interactions
Filling out a form is an expression of interest only. The Association reserves the right to decline any donation. We are not responsible for errors in user-provided contact details.
6. Collaboration and Membership Policy
Form submission does not create a legal partnership. The Association may accept, reject, or defer any request at its discretion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (materials, images, logos) is owned by Labandhar Annapurna Welfare Association. Personal sharing for awareness is permitted; commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site for unlawful activities, submit malicious software, or misrepresent your affiliation with the NGO.
